Retreat Venue:
The Middlewick has been here at the base of Glastonbury Tor since 1656. The site was a working Apple farm up until before it was converted to a retreat accommodation. It has an on-site farm shop, farm café, yoga space, and a spa with uniquely converted shepherd’s huts and an indoor swimming pool.

Sofia is a medicine woman from Cusco, Peru. She is a Shamanic Healer, ethnomusicologist, songwriter, Incan solar and lunar Priestess, Priestess of the Rose of Avalon. Sofia heals with sacred master plants, plant diets, cleansing and energetic balancing, Q’ero mesa, and offerings to Mother Earth.
